# Invite your team

> Add teammates to your workspace and assign them roles.

## Overview

Invite colleagues to work with you in your workspace. Each
[member](/getting-started/glossary#member) gets a [role](/getting-started/users-roles)
that controls what they can do. Manage members and invitations at
**Settings → Users** (`/settings/users`).

## Invite members

    Go to **Settings → Users** and click **Invite member**.

  <Step title="Add people">
    In the invite drawer, enter each person's **Full Name**, **Email**, and **Role**,
    and add them to the invitation list. You can add several people to the list
    at once and include an optional **personal message**.

  <Step title="Send">
    Click **Send invitations**. Each person receives an email link to join.

<Note>
  The **Owner** role can't be assigned via invitation. Invitations expire
  automatically after **72 hours**.

## What the invitee does

When someone opens their invite link:

* **New to Autocampaign AI** — they're taken to sign-up with their email pre-filled, and
  join your workspace on account creation.
* **Existing user** — they see a "Join \{your workspace name}" card and click **Accept** (or
  **Decline**).

## Manage invitations

On the **Invitations** tab you can **Resend** or **Revoke** a pending invite.
Invitation statuses are **Pending**, **Accepted**, **Declined**, **Revoked**, and
**Expired**.

On the **Members** tab, **Change role** or **Remove** a member. See

    Team size may be limited by the number of
    [seats](/getting-started/glossary#seat) (team logins) your plan includes. If
    you hit the limit, upgrade your [plan](/billing/wallet-billing).

    Resend it from the Invitations tab. Pending invites auto-expire after 72 hours.

    No — the Owner role can't be invited or assigned. Assign Admin instead, or
