# Calendar

> See and manage all your bookings and busy times on one calendar.

## Overview

The calendar gives you a single view of your bookings and the busy times from your
connected Google or Microsoft calendars. Open it from **Calendar** in the sidebar
(`/calendar`).

<Info>
  **Difficulty:** Beginner
</Info>

## Switch views and move around

Switch between **Day**, **Week**, **Month**, and **Agenda** views, jump to
**Today**, and page forward/back. Times display in your
[workspace](/getting-started/glossary#workspace) timezone.

The calendar shows two kinds of events:

* **Bookings** — colored by their [meeting type](/scheduling/meeting-types), titled
  with the invitee's name (the person who booked).
* **Busy blocks** — gray, read-only (can't be edited) times synced from your
  connected calendars.

## Work from the calendar

* **Filter** by meeting type, host, and status.
* **Click** a booking to open its details (reschedule, cancel, mark completed/no-show).
* **Drag** a booking to a new time to reschedule (with a confirmation). Busy blocks
  from other calendars and finished bookings can't be moved.

A side panel shows a mini month view and your upcoming bookings.
