Create and manage quick messages

Quick messages are managed from a drawer in the Inbox composer (there’s no separate settings page). Open the manager and add a new one: Edit or delete existing quick messages inline in the same drawer.
Every workspace starts with six defaults: /greeting, /thank-you, /follow-up, /more-info, /business-hours, and /closing.
