Overview

The agency layer sits above your client workspaces (each client’s own account inside Autocampaign AI). Each client keeps its own workspace with its own contacts, campaigns and members. The console adds a management view on top, where you add clients, set the prices they pay, apply reusable setups and watch health and usage. Once you belong to an agency, three entries appear in the sidebar: My Agency (/agency), Setups (/agency/setups) and Branding (/agency/branding).
In short: 1) Create your agency and name it. 2) Add each client with the five-step wizard. 3) Watch health, revenue and usage from My Agency.
Time to complete: ~15 minutes  ·  Difficulty: Intermediate  ·  The agency entries appear only for agency members; everyone else sees a normal workspace sidebar.

Before you start

  • Any signed-in user can create an agency. Each user belongs to one agency.
  • To add clients and change prices, you need to be the agency Owner or an Admin (see Agency roles).

Create your agency

Open the agency page

Go to /agency. With no agency yet, the page shows Run your clients from one place instead of the console.

Name it

Enter Your agency name and click Create my agency. You become the agency Owner, and the three sidebar entries appear.

What My Agency shows

My Agency shows four stats. Client workspaces (healthy / need attention / at risk), Monthly revenue (what clients pay you), Platform cost (what you pay Autocampaign AI) and Estimated earnings. Below them you see Agency usage this period and Clients needing attention (past-due payments, high usage or a missing plan). Then come up to six client cards under Your clients, with View all clients (/agency/clients). Last is Recent activity, a plain-language log of price changes, setup installs and branding updates.
Revenue, cost and health come from live billing data. When it is temporarily unavailable for a client, the card shows No billing data and the totals say how many clients they cover.

Add a client workspace

Click Add Client on My Agency, on Clients, or in the workspace switcher. The wizard (a guided form at /agency/clients/new) has five steps:

About the client

Enter the Business name (required), plus optional Website, Industry, Contact name, Email and Phone.

Choose a setup

Pick one of your setups, a ready-made one, or Start from scratch. Ready-made setups matching the industry you typed are marked Recommended.

Choose their plan

Select a plan. Your cost is the Autocampaign AI price for it.

Set your price

Choose Use the AutoCampaign price, Add a percentage on top or Set my own price, answer Who pays AutoCampaign?, and optionally fill Invite your client (optional). The Your numbers panel is for your eyes only.

Branding

Choose Use my agency branding or Use the client’s branding, then click Create client workspace.
You get a new workspace with you as its Owner. Every other agency Owner and Admin gets an Admin membership, your client gets an Admin invitation if you entered an email, and the setup contents arrive as drafts. The success screen offers Open workspace or Add another client.
The plan you choose drives the price and earnings math in your console. The workspace’s own plan and subscription are managed from that workspace’s billing, like any other workspace — see Plans and trials.

Manage clients

Each card on Clients shows the plan and a health badge (Healthy, Needs attention, At risk or No billing data). It also shows Your client pays, You make, usage bars for Texts, Email and AI, and the member count. Open workspace switches you into the client’s workspace (the one you are in reads Current workspace). More actions offers View pricing, Open workspace, Getting started checklist and Save as Setup. The checklist tracks the client’s first steps. Six items — from Plan chosen to Team member invited — complete automatically; Branding reviewed together is one you tick off yourself.

How agency roles differ from workspace roles

Inside a client workspace you act with your workspace role, so the usual roles and permissions apply. Your client’s members never see agency prices or margins.
There is no screen for adding agency Admins or Staff yet; the person who creates the agency is its only member.

FAQ

No. Each user belongs to one agency; creating a second is rejected.
Only through branding. Prices, costs and margins are never shown in a client workspace.
Not from the console. Client workspaces are created with Add Client, and there is no remove action today.

Troubleshooting

The entries appear only once you belong to an agency. Go to /agency directly to create one.
The workspace has no active plan, or billing data could not be fetched just now. Open the workspace, check its billing, then refresh the console.

Set your prices

Decide what each plan costs your clients and get paid through your own Stripe account.
