Overview

The Dashboard is your home screen — the first item in the sidebar (/). It is built from widgets (one tile each on the dashboard). Until you change it, you see the built-in Overview layout described below. You can rearrange it or build your own with custom dashboards.
Time to complete: ~5 minutes  ·  Difficulty: Beginner  ·  The default period is Last 7 days.

Before you start

  • Every roleOwner, Admin, Manager, Agent, and Viewer — can open the Dashboard.
  • Until workspace setup is finished, new members go through onboarding first and may see a setup checklist beside the dashboard. See the onboarding checklist.

Choose a period

Pick a quick period

Use the period selector at the top: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, or Last month.

Or set a custom range

Use the date-range picker next to it. Dates before your workspace was created are greyed out. Your choice is saved in the page address (URL), so you can bookmark a view.
The period applies to every analytics widget on the dashboard.

What the Overview layout shows

Four tiles: Active Conversations (with a breakdown per channel), Opt-out Rate (the share of people who asked to stop receiving messages), Reply Rate, and AI vs Human (AI Handled vs Human Handled conversations). Tiles show the change from last period.
A chart of Sent, Delivered, Failed, Replied, and Opt-out across your campaigns in the period.
Your latest conversations, filterable by All, SMS, or Email, with a Quick reply… box right there. View All Messages opens the Inbox.
Two breakdowns: Channel Subscriptions (subscribers per channel) and Message Engagement (Read & Replied, Read & No Reply, Unread, Read & Opt Out). For SMS, “read” is estimated from “delivered” because phone carriers don’t report when a text is read.
Total Polls, Total Responses, Avg Response Rate, and Top Performing Poll, plus the answer breakdown for the poll you select.
Total Web Forms, Total Clicks, Unique Visitors, and Conversion Rate. Below them, a Conversion Funnel (Viewed → Unique Views → Submitted → Joined) for the web form you select. Traffic Source Analytics credits the last place a visitor came from before they submitted.

Add more widgets

Click Customize to add widgets that aren’t in the Overview layout: Unread Conversations, Appointments Today, Quick Actions, Usage Snapshot, and Setup Progress. You can also create several dashboards, set a default, and share them — see Custom dashboards.
The Dashboard is a snapshot of engagement. For leads, revenue, appointments, delivery problems, and a CSV export, use Analytics reports.

FAQ

Not on the Dashboard. Cost is on individual campaigns, estimated send cost and ROI are in Analytics reports, and charges are under Wallet & billing. The Usage Snapshot widget shows remaining SMS and email credits if your role can view billing.
Yes. Click Customize to add, remove, resize, and reorder widgets. See Custom dashboards.
Dashboards are personal unless shared. Each person can customize their own and choose their own default.

Troubleshooting

Click Retry on the widget. Other widgets load on their own, so they are not affected.
Your role doesn’t include that data. Ask an Owner or Admin to adjust your role, or remove the widget.
There isn’t enough activity in the selected period. Try a longer period.
