Overview

A meeting type is a kind of meeting people can book with you — like “Intro Call” or “Demo”. Each has its own duration, location, availability, and booking link. Manage them under Meeting Types (/meeting-types).
Difficulty: Intermediate

Create a meeting type

Click New meeting type. The form has five tabs:
Name, a URL slug (the short name at the end of the booking link, suggested automatically), a Description and a Color. Then a Location: Google Meet, Phone call, In person (address), or Custom link (URL).
Choose an availability schedule (your bookable hours) and set the duration. Then set the slot increment (how far apart start times are), buffers before/after (gaps kept free around each meeting), minimum notice, booking window (how far ahead), and optional daily/weekly booking limits.
Add up to 10 custom booking questions (short/long text, dropdown, checkbox, phone, email), each optional or required.
Set a confirmation message and up to five reminders (e.g. “24 hours before”).
Assign to yourself, a specific user, or round robin across a team (bookings take turns between hosts, with per-member weights).
Each meeting type has a public link like yourapp.com/book/<workspace>/<slug>. Copy it from the meeting type’s card and share it — invitees pick a time and book themselves. See Bookings.
Google Meet links are generated automatically only when the host has a Google calendar connected. Microsoft connections can’t create Meet links.

Edit, duplicate, or archive a meeting type

From the list you can Edit, Duplicate, and Archive/Activate a meeting type. Archived types can’t be booked.
