Getting started

Connect an SMS provider (Twilio or Telnyx), import contacts, then create a campaign. See the Quickstart.
Yes — you connect your own provider account. Autocampaign AI sends through it.
From Settings → Users → Invite member. See Invite your team.

Sending messages

One segment per campaign today. Build a dynamic segment (one that fills itself from rules) that captures everyone you want. See Segments.
A campaign sends one message to a whole audience at once; a sequence sends each contact a timed chain of emails, texts, and WhatsApp messages, and stops when they reply, book, or opt out. See Sequences.
No — merge tags (placeholders that fill in each contact’s details) are limited to standard contact fields. See Custom fields.
No — Autocampaign AI sends from your verified domain. There’s no mailbox or SMTP (mail server) connection. See Email channel.
Yes — connect a WhatsApp Business number under Settings → Channels → WhatsApp and reply from the Inbox, sequences, workflows, or an AI Employee. Outside the 24-hour window after a customer’s last message you can only send an approved template, and WhatsApp isn’t a campaign channel yet. See WhatsApp.

Replies, calls and chat

In the unified Inbox, linked to the contact.
Yes — enable voice under Settings → Voice to call in the browser on your Twilio or Telnyx numbers that have the Voice capability, with business hours, IVR menus (press-1-for-sales phone menus), voicemail, and recordings. Every call appears under Calls and in the contact’s inbox thread. See Calls.
Yes — set it up under Settings → Website Chat. See Website chat widget.

Contacts and deals

Contact CSV export isn’t available today; import and in-app segmentation are.
Use CRM → Opportunities to move deals through pipeline stages on a board or list until they’re Won or Lost. A default Sales Pipeline is created the first time you open it. See Opportunities and Pipelines.

Texting rules

For reliable delivery to US mobile numbers, yes. See A2P 10DLC.
STOP and similar keywords opt a contact out automatically, and they’re excluded from future campaigns. See Opt-out management.
No — it’s a fixed message you write once. AI replies are a separate AI Employees feature for the inbox.

Automation and AI

Yes — enable the booking, customer, and opportunity skills when you hire it. See AI Employees.
Yes. Use a Wait → until something happens → Contact replies step inside a workflow.

Billing

Not exactly. It’s a subscription with plan limits and add-ons; AI credits are the wallet-like balance. See Plans & billing.

Languages and access

English, Arabic (right-to-left), Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. Switch from the language button in the header or Language in your account menu — the choice is saved per browser and doesn’t change the language of messages you send. See Navigate the app.
