The pricing page is where you decide what clients pay for each plan and give a
client a special price. It is also where you connect your own Stripe account so
clients are invoiced automatically (this is called rebilling). Reach it from a
client card’s More actions → View pricing (/agency/pricing).
In short: 1) Set a standard client price for each plan. 2) Give any client
a special price if needed. 3) Connect Stripe and start billing each client.
Time to complete: ~15 minutes · Difficulty: Intermediate · Prices are visible to agency Owners and Admins; connecting Stripe and starting or stopping billing are Owner-only.
You need an agency with at least one client — see
Agency console.
To bill clients automatically, you need your own Stripe account and its
secret key (a private code that lets Autocampaign AI create invoices on your
behalf). Stripe shows it under Developers → API keys.
Under Suggested pricing, enter a Markup percent (how much to add on
top of your cost) and click Save rule (Owners only). Empty plan prices
then show Suggested: $X/mo. Suggestions only — nothing changes until you
save a price.
Enter a client price per plan
In the Plan / Your cost / Client price / Your earnings table, type a
dollar amount for each plan, or click a suggestion to fill it in.
Save
Click Save prices. Every new client starts from these prices.
Markups round to a friendly price — a 50% markup on 99becomes149, not
$148.50 — and never drop below your cost.
Under Client prices, each row shows the Plan, Client price and
Your earnings. A client’s own price is set in the Set your price step
when you add them; click Use standard price to clear it. The Who pays for
usage? menu records Included in their plan, Client pays for extra
usage or I pay for usage.
The usage choice, like the wizard’s Who pays AutoCampaign? answer, is
bookkeeping for your team and activity log. Neither changes what Autocampaign
AI charges the workspace — its plan and subscription are managed from the
workspace’s own billing, see Plans and trials.
Rebilling charges each client their monthly Client price through your own
Stripe account. The money goes straight to you.
Connect your Stripe account
Under Get paid by your clients, paste Your Stripe secret key (sk_…)
and click Connect. Autocampaign AI checks the key, stores it encrypted
(scrambled so no one can read it) and never shows it again. The card then
reads Connected to Stripe account <id>, with a Test mode badge
for a test key.
Make sure the client has a price
Without a Client price the button is disabled with Set a monthly
price first.
Start billing
In the client’s row click Start billing. A customer and a monthly
subscription are created in your Stripe account at the client’s price in
USD, and the status shows Billing on.
Stop when needed
Stop billing cancels the subscription in Stripe; you can start again
later. Disconnect removes the connection from your agency, while
existing subscriptions stay in Stripe.
Stripe emails your client a hosted invoice (a web page where they can pay) from
your Stripe account each month, due within 7 days. No card is needed up front —
the client pays from the invoice, which comes from your account rather than
Autocampaign AI. Nothing about rebilling appears inside the client’s workspace.
The subscription is active (or trialing) in Stripe.
Payment past due
An invoice is unpaid past its due date, or the subscription is incomplete.
No badge
Billing hasn’t started, or it was stopped.
Statuses refresh from Stripe when you open the pricing page, and Recent
activity on My Agency records who started or stopped billing and at what
price.
Invoices, payment history and payouts live in your Stripe dashboard, not in
Autocampaign AI. Non-payment does not suspend the client’s workspace.
