Overview

A Setup is a reusable marketing system — automations, templates, forms, audiences and more — captured from one client workspace and installed into another. Branding decides how clients see the platform: your logo, colors and support details instead of Autocampaign AI’s. Both live in the sidebar for agency members: Setups (/agency/setups) and Branding (/agency/branding).
In short: 1) Save a client’s system as a reusable setup. 2) Install it when you add a new client. 3) Put your logo, colors and domain on client workspaces.
Time to complete: ~15 minutes  ·  Difficulty: Intermediate  ·  Saving, installing and editing setups, and changing branding, require the agency Owner or Admin role.

Before you start

  • You need an agency and at least one client workspace — see Agency console.
  • For a custom domain, you need to be able to log in to your domain provider (where you bought your web address) and change its DNS records (the settings that tell the internet where your address points).

What a setup contains

Saving a setup copies the structure of a workspace, never its customer data. Business details such as the client’s name and phone become placeholders (for example {{business_name}}) and are filled with the new client’s details on install.

Save a setup from a client

Open Clients

Go to My Agency → View all clients (/agency/clients).

Choose Save as Setup

On the client’s card, open More actions and click Save as Setup.

Describe it

Enter a Setup name, answer What does it do?, set the Industry and click Save Setup. The dialog lists What gets saved and confirms Customer data is never copied.
The setup appears under Your setups. Autocampaign AI also ships Ready-made setups (for example Dental Lead Machine) that you can filter by industry, preview and use, but not edit or delete.

Use, update and share setups

Each card offers Use This Setup, a Preview and a More actions menu with Duplicate, and — for your own setups — Share, Edit and Delete.
  • Use This Setup opens the Add Client wizard with the setup selected. Setups install when a client is created; the only later install is the Update available chip on a client card — click Add the update.
  • Installed items arrive as drafts, so nothing the client already has is changed or removed. The install report lists finishing touches such as picking a text or email sender, reconnecting a webhook, adding images, or setting availability for an appointment type.
  • Edit changes only the name, description and industry. To change contents, adjust a client workspace and save a new setup.
  • Share generates a code like AC-XXXX-XXXX and a link. Another agency clicks Import a setup, enters the Setup code, previews it and clicks Add to my setups. Stop sharing cancels the code.
Update available appears when a ready-made setup you installed has been improved since. Your own setups don’t get new versions.

Set up your branding

Brand

On Branding, upload a Logo and Favicon (the small icon shown in the browser tab) — PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG, up to 5 MB. Set a Primary color as a hex value (a six-character color code), a Support email and a Support phone, check the Color preview, then Save.

White label

White label means the product shows your brand instead of ours. Switch on what clients should see: Use my logo, Use my colors, Use my support information, Hide AutoCampaign branding and Use my domain. Each switch saves immediately.

Your client portal domain

Enter a Domain such as app.youragency.com and click Connect domain. Add the CNAME record shown (a setting in your domain provider’s control panel that points your address at Autocampaign AI), then click I’ve added it. The status moves from Waiting for DNS to Connected, or Not found yet if the record isn’t visible.

Where branding appears

In a client workspace that uses your agency branding, members see your logo, agency name and support email in the sidebar footer. These replace the Autocampaign AI logo and name. They see your primary color across buttons and highlights (with Use my colors) and your favicon. With Hide AutoCampaign branding, your agency name becomes the browser tab title. Branding applies inside the app only — emails and texts sent from the workspace are not rebranded.

How clients get your branding

Branding is set once for the agency and inherited (shared down to each client), not copied. In the Add Client wizard’s Branding step, Use my agency branding (the default) makes the workspace inherit everything above. Use the client’s branding keeps its own logo from its settings. Changes on Branding reach every inheriting client immediately.
The branding choice is made when you create the client and can’t be switched later from the console. A Connected domain is verified and stored, but client workspaces are not yet served on that domain.

FAQ

No. Only the structure is saved, and a share preview never reveals the source client.
Not directly. Duplicate it, install it into a client, adjust the workspace and save your own version.
No. Branding carries only your name, logo, colors and support details.

Troubleshooting

The source workspace had none of the saved item types. Build the automations and templates first, then save again.
Codes are cancelled with Stop sharing. Ask for a fresh code and enter it exactly, including the AC- prefix.
DNS changes can take a while to spread across the internet. Confirm the CNAME Name and Value match exactly, wait, and click I’ve added it again.
Check the client was created with Use my agency branding, and that Use my logo and Use my colors are on under White label.
