Overview

Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar so Autocampaign AI can block your busy times (preventing double-booking) and add new bookings to your calendar automatically. Manage connections at Settings → Calendars (/settings/calendars).
Time to complete: ~5 minutes  ·  Difficulty: Beginner  ·  Supports Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.

Connect a calendar

1

Open Settings → Calendars

Click Connect Google Calendar or Connect Microsoft Outlook.
2

Sign in and allow access

You’ll be sent to Google or Microsoft to allow access, then returned to Autocampaign AI.
3

Choose how each calendar is used

For each calendar on the account, switch on or off:
  • Check for conflicts — pulls busy times into your availability so booked slots disappear.
  • Add bookings here — makes this the calendar where new booking events (and Google Meet links) are created.

What gets synced

  • Busy times from calendars marked “Check for conflicts” remove matching slots from your booking pages.
  • Bookings are written to the calendar marked “Add bookings here”, and updated or removed when a booking is rescheduled or cancelled.
Google Meet links are generated only on Google connections. Microsoft connections can’t create Meet links.

Check the connection status

  • Connected — syncing normally.
  • Needs attention — access stopped working; click Reconnect.
  • Disconnected — removed.
