Each booking shows the invitee (the person who booked), meeting type, host, when, and status. Filter by status, meeting type, host, and date range. Times display in your workspace timezone. What each status means
Scheduled, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, Rescheduled, and No-show. Completed, Cancelled, and No-show are final.Reschedule, cancel, or mark a booking
Open a booking to see invitee details and question answers. Depending on status you can:- Reschedule — pick a new day and slot.
- Cancel — with an optional reason (the invitee is notified).
- Mark completed or Mark no-show — available once the start time has passed.
Confirmed bookings are auto-marked Completed 12 hours after they end if you
haven’t set a status.
What the person booking sees
When someone opens your booking link, they pick a meeting type and time, choose their timezone, and fill in their details (and your custom questions). They agree to the consent checkbox and confirm. They get a confirmation with an Add to Google Calendar option and a Manage booking link to reschedule or cancel themselves. Bookings send email and SMS confirmations, reminders, and reschedule/cancel notices automatically.FAQ
