Overview

Every campaign has its own analytics on its detail page. Open Campaigns in the sidebar (/campaigns) and click a campaign (/campaigns/:id). The page has three tabs: Overview, Executions, and Links.
Time to complete: ~10 minutes  ·  Difficulty: Beginner  ·  Click Refresh to pull the latest numbers while a campaign is sending.

Before you start

  • You need a role that can view campaigns. Bulk actions on recipients also need access to segments.
  • Link click numbers require tracked links in the message. See Text links.

Read the Overview tab

Check the totals across every run

Aggregate Performance (All Runs) adds up every run of the campaign. It shows Queued (waiting to send), Sent (% of recipients), Delivered (% of sent), Failed, and Cancelled. If recipients were skipped because they had opted out, Failed adds a note such as 12 unsubscribed, not sent. Text campaigns also show Total cost, Total clicks, and Unique clicks.

Review experiment results

If the campaign ran an A/B test (two versions sent to see which does better), Experiment results compares Version A and Version B and marks the Winner. See Campaign experiments.

Review email performance

Email campaigns add Email performanceSent, Delivered, Opens, Open rate, Clicks, Click-through rate (the share of recipients who clicked), Bounces (emails that couldn’t be delivered), and Unsubscribes. They also show a Delivery funnel, which counts how many people reached each step: Recipients → Delivered → Opened → Clicked.

See clicks by link

Below Campaign Details and Template Preview, a table breaks clicks down by link. It is called Clicks by link for text and Link clicks for email.
Total cost counts only charges the phone carrier has confirmed. While charges are still being confirmed it reads so far · N/M settled, and N of M unconfirmed if some charges could not be confirmed. Email campaigns don’t show a cost card. Apple Mail and some other email apps open images in the background, which counts as an open, so treat open rates as a rough guide.

Look at a single run

The Executions tab lists every run of the campaign — one for a one-time send, many for a recurring campaign.

Select a run

Pick a run under Executions (for example, Execution #2). You see the same delivery cards for that run alone, plus Total clicks and Unique clicks (and Opens and Unique opens for email).

Look at each recipient

Messages for this run lists each recipient with Contact, From, To, Status, Engagement, and Sent. Engagement shows a Replied marker, the links a text recipient clicked, or Opened and Clicked markers for email. For email, click Activity on a row to open Recipient activity — the delivery timeline for that person (Processed, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, and so on).

Filter and search

Search by name, number, or email, filter by Status, and filter failed messages by Reason (for example Out of credits or Plan limit reached).

Act on recipients

Select rows — or select all matching recipients across pages — and open Bulk actions. Choose Add to segment (static segments only — lists you fill by hand), Remove from segment, or Export CSV to download the selected contacts.
Each recipient shows one of these statuses: Queued (waiting to send), Sending, Sent, Delivered, Undelivered, Failed, Cancelled, Rejected. The Links tab summarizes Total links, Total clicks, Unique clicks, and CTR (click-through rate — the share of recipients who clicked). It highlights the Top link, Most clicks by (contact), Top device, Top country, and Top browser. It also lists every link with Destination, Clicks, Unique clicks, CTR, and Last click.
Analytics on this page cover one campaign. To compare campaigns, see revenue and ROI (return on what you spent), or export a campaign performance CSV, use Analytics reports.

FAQ

Recipients who replied get a Replied marker in the run’s Engagement column. There is no reply-rate card on the campaign; workspace reply totals are in Analytics reports, and the conversations themselves are in the Inbox.
Yes, for an existing static segment: filter the run’s recipients (for example by status), select them, and choose Bulk actions → Add to segment. Dynamic segments update from their own rules, so you can’t add to them.
Phone carriers don’t report when a text is read. Use link clicks and replies instead.
The contacts you selected in the run — first name, last name, phone, and email. It isn’t a per-message delivery log.

Troubleshooting

Look at the hint under the figure. Costs appear as carriers confirm them, so a recent send reads so far until every message is confirmed.
The campaign targets no segment, or only dynamic segments whose members are set by rules.
The campaign hasn’t started sending. Scheduled campaigns get their first run at the scheduled time.
