Overview

The Analytics group under Insights in the sidebar holds six reports, each on its own page: Overview (/analytics/overview), Marketing (/analytics/marketing), Conversations (/analytics/conversations), Revenue (/analytics/revenue), Appointments (/analytics/appointments), and Deliverability (/analytics/deliverability). Every report covers the whole workspace for the period you pick.
In short: 1) Pick a period at the top. 2) Start with Overview, then open a detailed report. 3) Export the campaign table as a CSV.
Time to complete: ~10 minutes  ·  Difficulty: Beginner  ·  Numbers are added up once a day; a few cards are marked Updated nightly.

Before you start

  • You need a role that can view analytics — Owner, Admin, Manager, or Viewer (Agents see the Dashboard but not these reports).
  • Dates follow your workspace timezone. Use /analytics/overview for the headline numbers, then open one of the detailed reports when something looks off.

Pick a period

Choose a preset

Open the Period selector: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days (default), or This month.

Or set a custom range

Use the date-range picker next to it. Custom ranges can span up to 3 years. Your choice is saved in the page address (URL), so you can bookmark or share a view.
KPI cards (your headline numbers) show the change vs previous period — a stretch of the same length that ends where yours starts. Charts and tables show the current period only.

What each report shows

Overview

  • KPI cards: New Leads, Audience Growth (new contacts minus opt-outs), Messages Sent (with the share delivered), Appointments Booked, Conversions (with total value), New Customers, First Response Time, and AI Resolution Rate (the share of conversations an AI Employee finished without a person).
  • Business health: a 0–100 score and band (Excellent, Good, Needs attention, At risk). It is built from six parts, each with its own weight: Message delivery, Replies and clicks, Audience growth, Response speed, AI usage, and Setup progress. Weak parts get a fix-it link (for example, to Channels or the setup checklist). This card always covers the last 30 days, whatever period you selected.
  • AI business coach: a short write-up plus recommendations, generated each night for the previous day from your own numbers. New workspaces see Your coach is warming up — check back tomorrow.
  • Lifecycle funnel: contacts added in the period, grouped by the furthest step they reached — New leads → Engaged → Appointment booked → Customer.
  • Channel performance: Delivered, Replies, and Clicks for Text messages and Email (email adds Opens).
  • Campaign performance: a sortable table with an All / Text / Email toggle, 20 rows per page, and Export CSV. Columns are Name, Channel, Status, Sent, Delivered, Replies, Clicks, CTR % (the share of recipients who clicked), and Created.

Marketing

Messages Sent, Replies, Link Clicks, and Audience Growth KPIs; a daily Messages, replies & clicks trend; and the same campaign performance table as Overview. Audience sources shows where contacts came from — Text-to-Join, Signup Form, Lead Form, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CSV Import, Added manually, and conversation sources.

Conversations

Conversations Started, Conversations Closed, First Response Time, and AI Resolution Rate (the last two are Updated nightly). Below them: a Replies received trend; AI vs. your team (closed conversations Handled by AI vs Handed to your team); and Busiest times of day — incoming messages by hour in your workspace timezone.

Revenue

  • KPIs: Conversions, Revenue (split into From bookings, Marked won, and Workflow goals), Estimated send cost, ROI (what you earned compared with what you spent), and Cost per conversion. ROI shows when a campaign has no recorded send cost.
  • Revenue by source: Leads, Conversions, and Revenue for each place your contacts came from.
  • Campaigns: Sends, Est. cost, Conversions, Revenue, Cost / conversion, and ROI per campaign, 10 per page, plus a Not linked to a campaign row. Credit goes to the last campaign that reached the contact in the 30 days before they converted.
A conversion is counted in four ways:
  • a completed appointment with a service value;
  • Mark as won on a contact (enter an optional Sale amount and click Record win);
  • a workflow goal;
  • an opportunity entering a won stage.
Estimated send cost is an estimate based on how many messages you sent. For exact charges, see Wallet & billing.

Appointments

Booked, Completed, Show rate, No-show rate, and Cancellation rate; a Bookings, completions & no-shows trend; and three breakdown tables — Meeting types, Booking sources, and Hosts. Booking sources are Booked by AI, Booking page, UTM campaigns (tracking codes added to a link), and Other. Each table shows Booked, Completed, No-show, and Show rate.
Appointments not marked otherwise within 12 hours are assumed attended. You can correct any appointment later from Bookings.

Deliverability

  • KPIs: SMS delivery rate, Email delivery rate, Opt-out rate, Spam report rate, and Compliance blocked (texts held back because a sender wasn’t registered).
  • SMS failures: undelivered texts by Reason, with the error code from your provider, Count, and % of sent.
  • Email funnel: Processed → Delivered → Deferred → Bounced → Blocked → Dropped → Spam reports → Unsubscribes. Next to it, a Bounce breakdown (permanent vs temporary failures) and a Not receiving email list (addresses we’ve stopped sending to).
  • Opt-outs: daily trend, By channel, and Top keywords.
  • Sending numbers — 10DLC: each SMS sender’s Brand and Registration status. The status label reads Approved to send, Registration in progress, or Blocked — registration needed, with a Fix registration in settings link. See A2P 10DLC.

Export campaign performance

1

Filter the table

On Overview or Marketing, set the period and the All / Text / Email toggle.
2

Click Export CSV

The file contains Name, Channel, Status, Created, Sent, Delivered, Replies, Clicks, CTR % for up to 5,000 campaigns in the period, newest first.
Only the campaign performance table exports today. Other cards and tables have no download.

Get the weekly digest email

Every Monday, members with analytics access receive an email summarizing the previous week (subject: Your week at <workspace>: N new leads, N bookings). It carries the same AI-written recommendations. Each email has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer.

FAQ

First response time and AI resolution rate are recalculated overnight, so today’s conversations appear tomorrow.
Not across the reports. The campaign tables filter by channel; per-campaign detail lives in Campaign analytics.
It shows where you stand right now and always uses the last 30 days.
Lead sources from ads appear under Audience sources and Revenue by source. Which ad each contact came from is covered in Ad attribution.

Troubleshooting

Click Retry. You can refresh a report a limited number of times per minute, so wait a moment if you refreshed many times in a row.
Those conversions had no campaign touch in the prior 30 days — they sit in the Not linked to a campaign row.
Open Deliverability → Sending numbers — 10DLC and fix any sender marked Blocked — registration needed.
