You can sign in to Autocampaign AI with an email and password, or with your
Google or Microsoft account. This page covers signing up, signing in,
resetting a password, and what happens when an account is temporarily locked.
In short: 1) Sign up with email, Google, or Microsoft. 2) Sign in and choose
whether to stay signed in. 3) Reset your password or wait out a lockout.
Time to complete: ~5 minutes · Difficulty: Beginner ·
Accounts are active immediately — there’s no email verification step.
If you arrived from the pricing page, a line above the form confirms your
selected plan and that the free trial needs no credit card. See
Plans & trials.
Choose how to sign up
Click Google or Microsoft to sign up with that account. Or fill in the
form under or sign up with email: Name, Email Address, Phone
Number (optional), Password, and Confirm Password.
Set a strong password
Passwords need at least 8 characters with no spaces, and must include an
uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
Accept the terms and create your account
Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then click
Create Account. A workspace is created for you automatically.
If you’re joining an existing team, use the invitation link from your invite
email instead — it pre-fills your email and drops you straight into that
workspace. See Invite your team.
On the Welcome back screen, enter your Email and Password and click
Sign In.Tick Remember me to stay signed in on that browser for up to a week. Leave it
unticked on shared computers, and you’re signed out when you close the browser.
On the log-in or sign-up screen, click Google or Microsoft.
Approve access
Sign in with Google or Microsoft and allow access. Autocampaign AI uses your name
and verified email address to identify you.
You're signed in
You return to the app while it finishes signing you in, then land in your
workspace.
What happens next depends on your email address:
You already have an account with that email — the Google or Microsoft
sign-in is linked to it, and you land in your existing workspace. You can keep
using your password too.
The email is new — a new account and workspace are created, with no
password. Any plan you picked on the pricing page carries through.
It doesn’t matter whether you start from the log-in or the sign-up screen — an
existing account always just signs in, and never gets a second workspace.
Google or Microsoft must confirm that your email address is verified. If they
don’t, the sign-in is refused and you need to use your email and password instead.
On the log-in screen, click Forgot Password?, enter your email, and click
Send Reset Link. You see the same Check Your Email message whether or
not an account exists, to protect your privacy.
Set a new password
Open the emailed link and choose a new password that meets the rules above.
The link is valid for 1 hour and works once — using it also cancels any
older reset links.
To protect against password guessing, an account locks for 15 minutes after
5 failed password attempts in a row. While it’s locked:
The log-in screen shows “Account temporarily locked after repeated failed
sign-in attempts. Try again later or reset your password.”
Even the correct password is refused until the lock ends.
A successful sign-in resets the count.
Resetting your password doesn’t end a lock early — reset it if you’ve forgotten
it, then sign in once the 15 minutes have passed. The failed-attempt count
carries over after a lock expires, so one more wrong password locks the account
again. Make sure you have the right password before you retry.
Is there two-factor authentication or a one-time code at sign-in?
Not today. You sign in with email and password, Google, or Microsoft. If your
Google or Microsoft account has its own two-step verification, that applies
when you sign in through it. (SMS one-time codes are used to verify phone
numbers on public join links, not for
signing in.)
Can I use both a password and Google or Microsoft?
Yes. Signing in with Google or Microsoft using your account’s verified email
links it automatically. Accounts that only use Google or Microsoft can add a
password from Security on the profile page.
Do I have to accept an invitation with the same sign-in method?
Use the invitation link from your email — it handles account creation for the
invited address. See Invite your team.
I didn't get a reset email
Check spam, confirm you used the right address, and note the link expires after
an hour — request a fresh one if needed.
'Couldn't sign in with Google' or '…with Microsoft'
The banner explains why. Common causes: you declined the permission prompt,
the sign-in sat open for more than 10 minutes, or you started it in a
different browser or tab. Start again from the log-in page.
'We couldn't verify the email on your account'
Google or Microsoft didn’t confirm your email address as verified — this can
happen with some work or school accounts. Sign in with your email and password
instead.
'This account has been suspended' or '…is inactive'
A suspended account needs support to restore it. For an inactive account,
contact your workspace owner.
'Account temporarily locked'
Wait 15 minutes, then sign in with the correct password. If you’re unsure of
it, reset it while you wait.
'Link Expired' or 'Link No Longer Valid'
The reset link is older than an hour, was already used, or was replaced by a
newer request. Click Request a New Link.
Can't log in after being invited
Make sure you accepted the invitation first. If your account isn’t part of any
workspace, ask an admin to re-invite you.
