Overview

Your workspace (organization) holds everything — contacts, campaigns, channels, and team. When you sign up, a workspace is created for you automatically. Set its details at Settings → Organization (/settings/organization).
Time to complete: ~5 minutes  ·  Difficulty: Beginner  ·  To edit organization details you need to be an Owner or Admin, or ask a workspace admin to give you permission to update the organization.

What happens when you sign up

  • Your plan carries over. If you clicked a plan on the pricing page, the sign-up form shows Selected plan: … · free trial — no credit card needed. Your workspace starts its trial on that plan. You’re never asked to pick it again. Without a plan in the link, the trial starts on the default plan.
  • The trial is card-free. The app header shows Trial · N days left, which links to Plan & Billing. See Plans & trials.
  • Guided setup starts. A welcome screen and a short setup collect your Business name, Website (optional), Industry, and Timezone, and save them to the workspace. Then the Getting Started checklist tracks the rest — adding an email, phone, or website below completes its first step, Complete business profile.

Set up your organization

Open organization settings

Go to Settings → Organization and stay on the Details tab. Fields are always editable — there’s no separate edit mode.

Set identity

Enter your Organization Name and optional Website and logo. Type 3 or more characters of your business name to search for it — picking a match can auto-fill your address, phone, website, and timezone.

Add contact and location

Fill in your Email and Phone, then Street Address, City, State / Province, ZIP / Postal, and Country.

Set preferences

Choose your Timezone (defaults to UTC, the world reference time — pick your local one) and Currency (defaults to USD). Then set your Default calling country, which completes phone numbers entered without a country code such as +1.

Save

A bar appears when you have unsaved changes. Click Save Changes, or Cancel to discard them.
The same page has Business hours and Quiet hours tabs. Business hours record when you’re open; quiet hours stop campaigns from delivering texts or emails during a set window. Both use the timezone you set in Details.
Logos must be JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF and under 5 MB. If business search is unavailable, enter your address manually.

Multiple workspaces

You can create and belong to more than one organization. Open the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar to search and move between them, or click Create Organization, enter an Organization Name, and confirm. Each workspace has its own contacts, channels, billing, team, and setup checklist.

Your role may not allow it. Ask a workspace admin — see Users & roles.
