Overview
A sender is the from-name and email address your email campaigns send from — for example,Acme Marketing <hello@acme.com>. Senders live on a
verified domain. Manage them at Settings → Email →
Senders (/settings/email/senders).

Add a sender

Open Senders
Go to Settings → Senders and click Add sender.

Choose a domain and address
Pick a verified domain, enter a From name (e.g. “Acme Marketing”) and an
Email address that ends with
@yourdomain.com.3
Optional settings
Add an optional Reply-to address and toggle Set as default sender.

Save
The sender is ready to use in email campaigns.
You can only create a sender on a domain that’s already Verified. If the
dropdown is empty, verify a domain first.
Check a sender’s status
- Verified — its domain is verified; ready to send.
- Unverified — appears only if the domain later loses verification.

Can I edit a sender's email address?
The from-address and domain are fixed once created — you can edit the name,
reply-to, and default setting. Create a new sender to change the address.

Yes — add as many as you need across your verified domains, and pick one per
