Overview

Autocampaign AI’s email channel lets you send email campaigns from your own domain (the part of your email address after the @). Delivery is handled for you — you don’t connect Gmail, Outlook, or a mail server of your own. Instead, you verify a sending domain (prove you own it) and add senders (the from-names and addresses you send as), then send.

Set up email in two steps

Verify a sending domain

Add your domain, then add the DNS records Autocampaign AI gives you. These are settings in your domain provider’s control panel (such as GoDaddy or Cloudflare). They include SPF and DKIM (records that prove email really comes from you) and turn on link tracking. See Sending domains.

Add a sender

Create a from-name and from-address on your verified domain. See Senders.
Once a sender is verified, choose it when creating an email campaign.
There’s no Gmail, Microsoft 365, or mail-server connection to set up. Email sending is managed by Autocampaign AI — your only setup is domain verification and senders.
